my Background
Welcome! I’m Lora Tsey, a Holistic and Integrative Health Coach, Therapist & Nutritionist specializing in trauma-informed healing for the mind and body.
My work involves transforming personal challenges into experiences that integrate mind, body, and spirit in harmony. As a holistic nutritionist, health coach, and clinical psychotherapist in training, I specialize in helping individuals overcome anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and emotional dysregulation.
My compassionate and personalized approach combines psychology, nutrition, and meditation to support growth and transformation. Whether you’re struggling with past wounds, experiencing burnout, or seeking guidance with confidence, self-direction, and life, I provide a safe, nurturing space for self-exploration and empowerment. We will work on setting healthy boundaries, restoring your innate sense of harmony, and aligning with your most authentic self.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them develop confidence, self-worth, and a secure sense of identity. Through supportive coaching and therapeutic dialogue, we identify core values, cultivate emotional awareness, and build the mindset and inner strength needed to navigate life with authenticity and purpose. My approach empowers young, developing minds to discover who they are beyond comparison or expectation, allowing them to embody leadership, motivation, and confidence in their everyday lives.
Lasting change occurs when we address root causes rather than symptoms. The mind and body are deeply interconnected, and when nurtured in the right environment, they naturally move toward balance, vitality, and purpose. My role is to help you cultivate that environment—offering integrative strategies to regulate your nervous system, expand self-awareness, and step into your most grounded, confident self.
My approach integrates psychology, nutrition, and somatic practices to support individuals experiencing PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, chronic pain, burnout, low self-confidence, and emotional dysregulation.
I believe that true transformation happens when we address the root causes—not just the symptoms—of distress. Our bodies and minds are interconnected, and given the right environment, they possess an innate capacity to flourish. My role is to help you cultivate that environment—offering a safe, compassionate space to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect with your most authentic, empowered self.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic methods and modalities, my work helps you build emotional resilience, align with and find fulfillment in your authentic self, and restore vitality. Therapy is not just about relief. It’s about transformation.

״Transformation is not necessarily linear. It’s a journey of returning home to yourself. Growth often unfolds in layers of self-discovery.
It is your birthright to live well, to feel secure and at home in your body, and to experience life as your most vibrant, authentic self.
Within a therapeutic space of compassion and curiosity, transformation naturally occurs—where strength emerges from experience and your most authentic self comes alive.
Together, we create a nurturing environment where your natural, highest good intelligence can flourish. Where pain transforms into purpose, and resilience leads to renewal.
